Default Offensive Spirit spammer build for AB

I'm getting bored using the same channeling and resto builds. I want something new and I haven't played with spirits to much. Help me setup an offensive spirit spammer build for AB. I was thinking about something like this:

[skill]Bloodsong[/skill][skill]Pain[/skill][skill]Shadowsong[/skill][skill]Painful Bond[/skill][skill]Ritual Lord[/skill][skill]Vital Weapon[/skill]

12+1+1 comuning, 9+1 channeling, 9+1 spawning

I would like some tips on the following:
-what to take in the last 2 slots.
-is rit lord better than other elites considering that in AB I have to move a lot and I need my skills to be ready?
-is there no way to get self healing other than droping channeling completely?
-would anguish be any good for this build?
-what can I take for self defence? shadowsong is pretty effective but a little slow.

If you have a better build and are willing to post it please do so.

I wouldnt really recommend spirits for AB, as the fights are pretty spread out and they constantly move around. With Rit Lord they recharge pretty fast, but energy might become a problem I think. Unless you want to defend shrines of course.

I like to try underused builds and it looks like channeling and resto build are a lot more popular than comuning.
Why would energy become a problem? bloodsong and pain are 5e each and shadowsong is 15. It's not like I'm spamming them every 10 secs.

With this build I would be constantly capping and it's not to bad at doing that. Cap just like a ranger would, place spirits on high ground + a painful bond and bye bye shrine. On wiki says that spirits have long bow range so this should work even on lower ground(corect me if I'm wrong)
